Voxtur is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive agreement on Friday July 26, 2024, to establish a groundbreaking strategic joint venture with University Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB: UNIB). Under the terms of the agreement, University Bancorp, Inc. (“University”) will lead a group of strategic mortgage industry investors, acquiring a 50.5% stake in Blue Water Financial Technologies Holding Company, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Voxtur (“Blue Water”), for an upfront cash payment of $30M USD, plus a $9.5M USD earnout subject to the platform hitting certain financial milestones (the “Transaction”).

Many in our industry are “borrowing trouble” when they prematurely conclude that the new UAD and GSE report writing requirements will be detrimental. Just as my father taught me to address challenges as they arise, rather than worrying about potential issues, we should approach these new requirements with an open mind, prepared to adapt and find solutions. In this article, I want to address some myths about what the future holds and introduce some possible solutions software providers are working on to proactively address these changes.

Voxtur Announces Issuance of Shares to Settle Debt with a Former Executive

Voxtur Analytics Corp. announces that it intends to issue (the “Issuance”) 987,487 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a deemed price of US$0.0769 (C$0.1044) per share, to settle the balance of a bonus owed to a former executive of the Company in the amount of US$75,931 (C$103,130) (the “Debt”).
