Jim Albertelli has stepped down from his roles as Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company effective April 13, 2023. The Company has appointed Executive Chairman Gary Yeoman as interim Chief Executive Officer to fill the vacancy. Further, the Company has appointed Nick Smith as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Chad Neel has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in mortgage finance and real estate. With a track record of successfully integrating acquired companies and using data and technology to drive operational efficiencies and customer engagement, he is uniquely qualified to optimize Voxtur’s position in the market following a series of acquisitions and growth in market share.

Angela Little will resign from her role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective February 5, 2023. To fill the vacancy, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Dyson as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Alan Qureshi, president of Blue Water Financial Technologies, the Company’s wholly-owned capital markets division, purchased 5,279,874 common shares of Voxtur. This purchase demonstrates Mr. Qureshi’s confidence in the Company’s prospects. He joins several other members of the management team that have substantial holdings.

Voxtur is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Smith, of Rice Park Capital Management LP, to the Company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Smith’s appointment follows the resignation of Mark Volosov from his role as a director of the Company, effective December 13, 2022.

Voxtur’s capital markets division will provide top servicing aggregator with tools to facilitate mortgage asset pricing, commitment, transfer, underwriting, due diligence, as well as rep and warrant protection to enhance the trading experience and performance.
