Ryan Marshall, CEO of Voxtur, is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and grown a number of businesses in the real estate and mortgage sectors. A certified title producer in 38 states and a California-certified real estate agent, Marshall first co-founded DirectLender.com , a net-branching mortgage lender that grew to one of the largest of its kind in the country. Pivoting to mortgage banking, Marshall then founded IRES Funding, which grew into a successful wholesale lender with bi-coastal operations. But Marshall felt that actionable data and analytics for real estate agents were lacking, and he set out to learn computer programming that would enable him to eventually establish Benutech Inc., which builds advanced business systems for real estate professionals through its flagship product, ReboGateway. Benutech was acquired by Voxtur in late 2021, and Marshall then joined the team as Chief Product Officer before taking on the roles of COO and, in 2024, CEO with a mission to unite the many successful branches of the real estate tech giant under the OneVoxtur vision.
